The Payment Options We Offer

At Associated Family Dental Care, our goal is to make your visit comfortable, which is why we offer a variety of payment options. Such a selection ensures that our patients can choose one or multiple methods that suit their unique needs. Learn more about the approved payment variations, below.

Cash and Personal Checks

Paying with cash is one of the most common and reliable ways to pay for our services. Since cash payments can be more convenient and quick, you may decide to opt for this method of payment.

Aside from cash, we also accept personal checks as payment for our dental services. Our staff can assist you with the check writing process by providing all of the information needed to complete the form accurately.

Credit Cards

Credit cards are a very common method of payment these days, and as such, they're also an approved form of payment at our office. We accept various types of credit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard. For a complete list of approved types or to verify your card, contact our team directly.

Our office accepts CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that is used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance. CareCredit is subject to credit approval, but once you are accepted, you can use it again and again. CareCredit is a great option if you're on a budget, in that you can pay for your dental expenses in installments. Ask us about CareCredit today! Applying is easy, and we are here to answer any questions.

Apply for CareCredit

There are various dental insurance plans available, and many of these policies fully or partially cover basic dental work, including teeth cleanings, fillings, checkups and even necessary dental surgery. It is important that you verify with your insurance if we are an accepted provider to use through your dental insurance.

Since dental plans can vary in terms of services covered and accepted providers, it is important you talk to your insurance company to understand your plan and prepare for your visit with us. Keep in mind that if your dental insurance only covers part of your services, you will have a balance remaining for which you can utilize our other payment options available. If you are paying your dental services through your insurance, please make sure to bring your insurance card and a form of ID the day of your visit.

If you have any questions regarding the approved payment methods, don't hesitate to contact our dental office in Lexington, Kentucky, at 859-276-4345.
